We are on our way to Reading for this week’s Road Surface Treatments Association Asset Management Technical Training Day on the 12th September.

Our Senior Scientific Officer, Dr David Woodward, who is also a Reader in Infrastructure Engineering at Ulster University, will speak about R3 Ltd‘s work with F1 and how we are using this insight and knowledge to help support the highways sector.

These learnings mean we can help local authorities , contractors and other road operators to see how as combination of specialist testing and technology can be used to create smoother roads, reduce carbon outputs by reducing rolling resistance, using the vehicle as the sensor and the benefits of designing in the simulated environment.
